      Verdict

      Fitness is unlikely to be an issue with the returning Megara, who has a solid all-weather record. But he may be in the handicapper's grip at present and is taken on with CHEBSEY BEAU. John Quinn's charge has never won beyond 1m4f on the Flat but has twice been successful over 2m3f over hurdles so stamina shouldn't be a problem. Rocktherunway hasn't won since May 2013 but has been placed twice over staying trips at Thirsk and Pontefract recently and is on a decent mark nowadays. Wor Lass has won three times here on Turf but Bowdler's Magic was only fifth off this mark over course and distance in June and Next Edition disappointed in a lesser grade last time.
