In depth

Verdict

Red Racketeer is worth chancing in a wide open contest where the unbeaten All That And More, Clueless and Admiral's Cause can pose plenty of problems along the way. The last named has done very little wrong since he was introduced at the start of summer. He has winning form with cut in the ground and will be dangerous to rule out. Clueless is a consistent type that is versatile regarding the ground. He should again run his race but is exposed off his current mark. All That And More could do no more than maintain his unbeaten status when he scored at Windsor in August. He got the trip well on that occasion and has to be respected. Still, this is a fair bit tougher and he now has more on his plate. Tanzanite is another worth mentioning, as he comes here in good heart after winning at Haydock last month. Watch the betting where he is concerned. However, the first one to note is Red Racketeer, who has improved with each run. This son of Red Ransom is related to several useful performers around this trip and, as he has already proved himself capable of holding his own in this sort of company, Red Racketeer is fancied to deliver the good again today.
