Verdict

Loki's Revenge looked to be on the way back at Ascot last week and makes more appeal than stablemate Oriental Scot. Jack Rackham doesn't stand much racing and is probably better on the all-weather nowadays but did finish ahead of subsequent Ripon second Gap Princess at Doncaster in June. Sacrosanctus has to be interesting dropping back to 6f and Quasi Congaree won over C&D last week and should make a bold bid to follow up under a penalty. But there could be more to come from HEZMAH, who left herself with plenty to do after missing the break over C&D last month. She finished strongly that day, however, and must go close now if getting away on level terms.
