Godolphin have been hitting the mark with their two-year-old's and with the benefit of experience it is DESTINATION AIM who is fancied to see off a host of interesting newcomers, perhaps most notably Wigmore Hall and Round Won. This has the potential to be a very interesting maiden so video recorders at the ready. The selection was fourth to Stags Leap on his debut at Goodwood; that form on its own reads very well and so with improvement to come now tackling better ground he is taken to win. Harlestone Times, Power Series and Argyll all look like horses for the future, so of more interest today may be Round Won. A $150,000 breeze-up purchase, he is from a very prolific US family and the market should hint at whether he is ready to rock and roll first time up. Rhythmic Star hasn't been rushed to the racetrack and this March foal needs a check, as does Sophie's Beau as the yard's runners tend to be very very good if they win first time up. Perceptive, a half-sister to Phillipina, may need more time, whilst the same could apply to Wigmore Hall however his dam was a seven furlong winner at two and he looks an interesting newcomer. A hard betting heat, but the feeling is that Destination Aim could prevail.
