      Verdict

This should turn out to be a race worth following if the entries that a number of the field hold are anything to go by. The suggestion is to side with Espiritu from Almiqdaad and Dialogue but the market should speak volumes. Jeremy Noseda was forced to close the stable doors for a while but that has proved well worth doing as his horses have been bolting up of late. He's done particularly well with his juveniles, including first time out, and this one's sales price rose dramatically earlier this year. Almiqdaad ran a strange race at Ascot and that may have been entirely down to him being too green. He's sure to know his job now and clearly has ability so is one to be feared. Dialogue ran a satisfactory race at Goodwood behind a smart sort and will benefit from the step up to a mile on this stiffer track. He has leading claims but we'll be hoping that Espiritu can have the final word.
