Verdict

Sour Mash and Sharedah are sure to attract plenty of support but it may prove worth siding with SAND SKIER with the yard in blistering form. Cumulus Nimbus may need a strong pace to be seen at his best, Fareej has questions to answer and Chain Of Events looks up against it on his first start since leaving Barry Hills whilst Richard Hills prefers Sharedah to Munsarim which is a decent pointer to the chances of the Sir Michael Stoute trained filly who is entitled to reverse May's placings with Sour Mash as she meets that rival on 4lb better terms for just over two lengths. Obviously, much will depend on how that pair have progressed since then but it will be disappointing if the well bred Pivotal filly can't make the most of the weight concession. The yard, however, could be in better form and she's likely to be short enough in the market so it may be worth taking her on with Sand Skier who finished close up in a valuable handicap at the July meeting as he has leading form claims and could enjoy an easier time of things out in front.
