Verdict

ALRAASED has already had two visits to Newmarket but he could be capable of making it third time lucky on this occasion. John Dunlop's colt made a belated reappearance in maiden company last month and he figured for the majority of the contest before fading out of contention close home. The runner-up returned to win a maiden at this track last week, so the form looks fair. Tenure did not show a great deal on debut but his dam line suggests that he should cope with the surface and he will have learnt plenty from his first experience. Zamdy Man was not disgraced in a hot Sandown maiden on debut and there should be more to come while Spring Tonic looks the type who could come into his own over middle-distances and a market check is advised about Luca Cumani's unraced colt.
