Familiar Territory, Rawdon and Red Somerset all have formbook chances and we shall stick with Familiar Territory. The Godolphin runner has got some form with cut in the ground, and his most recent run at Goodwood can be ignored as he slipped badly at the start. Rawdon is on a long losing run but has been taking on better opposition off higher marks. He will have his supporters here as he is a course-and-distance winner. Red Somerset has yet to justify a 320 000 euro price ticket. He flopped on soft going at Goodwood but the fact he has been absent for so long suggests that there might have been another more underlying problem. Music Note is proven on the surface and has to be respected on his better racecourse efforts. Isidore Bonheur is respected although is yet to show form on a softer surface. Rumsfield showed little on British debut but should not be discounted too readily as he should handle today's conditions. A headscratcher of a race and Familiar Territory is nominated.
