      Verdict

Maori Bob has a good strike-rate and is on a hat-trick after narrow victories at Windsor and Doncaster, though is now on a career-high mark. KAANOON had to battle to make a winning start in handicaps at Yarmouth and has another 5lb to carry here but he has a progressive profile and the extra furlong shouldn’t be a problem. Mootasadir lost his unbeaten record at Doncaster but the market suggested he wouldn’t be suited by the soft ground and so it proved. He is capable of better but Nayel has rather lost his way since winning twice in May. Hasanoanda will need to improve on her form so far to figure while Simoon probably needs to drop a few pounds.
