Verdict

The Big Freeze was sent off favourite when fourth at Worcester in July and may be capable of better. Romeo Americo may well have finished ahead of stablemate Kings Heroine had he not swerved and unseated Jimmy Derham here on his debut and could be worth another chance but others with experience have plenty to find on what they've shown so far. H'ELLA PETITE makes her debut today but is the first foal of that tough mare Petite Margot and could take all the beating if she's inherited some of her dam's battling qualities. Charlie Longsdon's mare gets a tentative vote.
