In depth

Verdict

ABIDJAN couldn't manage a four-timer over hurdles at Doncaster in December but has been given a short break before going chasing and he has far more scope than another winning hurdler, War Singer. The others all have a bit to prove at present but Morthanalegend was probably a little out of his depth in a Grade 3 novices' handicap at Sandown in March and is the type to do well over the larger obstacles.
