In depth

Verdict

Gaulois and JEAN GENIE share the same handicap rating but the former is fitted with headgear after a couple of poor efforts so the latter is preferred. Tim Vaughan’s charge finished clear of the rest when reverting to hurdles and finishing runner-up at Warwick last week and can go one better in this. The remainder are hard to recommend having yet to show any worthwhile form with Menapian still beaten a distance when second at Taunton and Global Mystery debuting under Rules.
