Verdict

Arctic Watch won this last year off the same mark but that was on a much faster surface and his form this season has been modest in the extreme. Decimus only scraped home in a conditionals' race at Wincanton last Sunday but escapes a penalty and makes more appeal than Union Saint, who is proving hard to win with and has gone up 6lb since finishing second over the trip at Wincanton. LOST LEGEND is also struggling to get his head in front but this looks easier than the race in which he started favourite at Huntingdon at the start of the month so he gets the nod ahead of Exeter scorer Tolkeins Tango.
