Easy to find positives about quite a few but PURE ART came home in good style once the penny dropped on her Lingfield debut and was clearing away nicely at the close. The handicapper could have been kinder to the daughter of Dutch Art on this handicap bow but she hails from a yard with the fine touch with fillies and is worth chancing. John Gosden's Eternally arrives with similar credentials after a winning start on the Wolverhampton Tapeta and seems sure to progress this term but she does have a much longer absence to overcome than the selection. She must be kept on the right side all the same. Normandie Lady was going clear at the line when landing her Catterick maiden and although the level of that race is not strong, her performance suggested that she'll make up into a decent sort this term. Wings Of Esteem is another to keep an eye on along with Perfect Quest and Stars N Angels, both of whom have decent each-way claims from the foot of the weights in a tight contest.
