A tough start here for punters with a wide open seller getting proceedings underway but something has to win and the principals look to be Stevedore, Motu and Go Yellow and the vote is given to Stevedore. The selection was a fair second behind Huxley in a claimer last time out. This looks easier and he need only run up to that mark to score. Motu rates the main danger as he was a staying on sixth behind Grande Terre last time out and is sure to be suited by this longer trip. Go Yellow is another that will not be far away now that he is eased in grade but he still looks to have plenty of weight and for that reason hew is overlooked.Barnbrook Empire is one of the least exposed in the field and showed improved form to be second behind Ferrara Flame last time. He is another that should be suited by this longer trip and he should be noted in the market. Of the remainder Sion Hill is sure to run his race and is from a shrewd yard but he is hard to win with and for the winner we return to Stevedore who ran on well last time out.
