      Verdict

Phoenix Dawn was only beaten a head over a mile here in November and Snookered won a nursery at Leicester in the autumn, but neither have had the benefit of a recent run. Plenty have including Mori Yoshinari, who could be anything after making a winning start in a Lingfield maiden in February. Serenade The Stars and Daily Trader are chasing hat-tricks but both are racing on Turf for the first time. PEACE AND PLENTY was generally progressive in his first season and did nothing wrong when second on his reappearance at Wolverhampton when a place ahead of Hertford Dancer. He could take all the beating if transferring that form back to this surface, though the unexposed Chaparrachik is worth a market check.
