MAALI's head second to Mashaaref over C&D in May is the best form on offer here. This is the first time he's raced over a mile since and Clive Brittain's colt can finally shed his maiden tag. Garud has been placed in both starts so far and had Eclipseoftheheart behind when third to Dare To Dance at Sandown last time. He does look a little one-paced, however, and may benefit from a step up in trip in the future. Looking On showed a bit of promise when sixth on his debut at Newmarket last October but hasn't raced since and is probably best watched here.
