Verdict

Gordon Elliott fires off a double salvo with MOUNTAIN KING the preference. He did not show too much on his first start for the yard at Galway but had only been with new connections a matter of days and should have settled in by now. Richard Johnson takes the ride as he was the regular pilot of the selection when the gelding was in the care of Philip Hobbs. New stable companion, Realt Mor, battled on well to score at Ballinrobe last month and is clearly in good heart but Back To Bracka is not the easiest to catch right with similar comments applicable to Tangolan on recent starts. The latter does have trip and ground to suit, though, whilst Lowanbehold seemed to be developing well enough until pulling up here last time. He'd have a chance if able to put that disappointment behind him.
