Verdict

TAURIAN found only one too good at Taunton on her latest start and that’s the best recent form on offer though that’s not saying much in this contest. Ian Williams’ mare had earlier finished in front of Too Many Diamonds in a selling hurdle at the same track. Water Willow ran well for a long way on her handicap debut at Stratford before fading badly in the closing stages while Osgood won off a higher mark over track and trip in September but has struggled of late.
