      Verdict

      Three-year-olds have an excellent record in this so HERNANDOSHIDEAWAY is given the nod in a tricky handicap. He started off with a victory at Ayr and hasn't had the run of the race in his two subsequent starts. All of his runs have been on soft ground so he'll need to adapt to the conditions but hopefully will do so. Penhill won at Ascot in May and has performed in better class events since so he'll appreciate dropping down in grade while Craggaknock continues to thrive and a 4lb rise for his Haydock victory doesn't look excessive. Plutocracy, who completed a hat-trick last season, was expected to make a successful reappearance at Kempton but might just have needed the run after a long absence.
