        Verdict

RUBY'S DAY bounced back to winning form in a better grade handicap than this at Doncaster and can complete a double despite a 5lb rise. Scoreline is admirably consistent but is 1-22 on Turf and has a better record on the all-weather. Cosmic Chatter looks more of a threat after a fine run at Beverley last week, though he hasn't won for three years. Another Royal should go well as he scored here in June and hasn't been beaten far in better class handicaps subsequently.
