Octave made a successful debut on Polytrack at Lingfield before runner-up, though beaten 5l, in a novices' event at Newmarket. Solesmes won a Goodwood seller before well beaten in a Haydock nursery last week while Camachess, after a fair run at Yarmouth, was well beaten in a Class 2 nursery at Chelmsford on Saturday. RED HUT RED has shown pace in all three of her starts over the minimum and, in receipt of 18lb from the top weight, can take this on her debut over the longer trip.
