In depth

Verdict

Cantabilly is in great form and can land his third victory in a week, Dium Mac and Sudden Impulse are also expected to run well. Mick Channon's colt was slowly away at Lingfield last time but it made no difference as he strolled to a comfortable succes over Lester Leaps In. He gets a six pound penalty for that succes but it shouldn't be enough to stop him landing the hat-trick. Dium Mac hit winning form last time, coming late to beat today's rival Sudden Impulse. There should be little between those two today on the revised terms, but the top-weight may just come out ahead again. In a wide open event Miss Pebbles and Trans Sonic can also be given a squeak, but Cantabilly is hard to oppose in this mood and he gets our vote.
