Much depends on the ground, but a chance is taken with Westcourt Dream, who is on a winning mark and is fancied to make the most of the weight she receives from the likes of Dancing Guest and Rockburst, while a bold bid from Burton Ash would also be dangerous to rule out. Burton Ash has bits and pieces of form that give her a major chance of at least making the frame at this level and she is worth noting in the betting. However, she is still a maiden after 24 previous attempts, so is not one to trust implicitly. Rockburst will love the ground and will be a threat if recapturing the sparkle she showed as a juvenile. However, she tries this trip for the first time and needs to prove she has the stamina to cope. Dancing Guest is one of the least exposed in the field and may well have plenty more to offer. Her connections will be praying for rain before the off, as she does appear to like some give underfoot. Watch the weather as well as the betting where George Margarson's charge is concerned. She does have the scope to improve past this lot and is worth a saver bet. However, in the event of the ground staying firm, Westcourt Dream makes plenty of appeal as one capable of causing an upset in this company. The stiff uphill finish will suit the daughter of Bal Harbour, who makes the most appeal as the one to give Dancing Guest a race if the ground is too fast for her.
