Verdict

Jamsie Hall was put up 2lb after his brave fourth in the Irish Grand National but a repeat of that effort would put him right in the firing-line in this, though Heaney wasn't far behind at Fairyhouse and both should again beat Away We Go. Prince De Beauchene has a touch of class and can't be ignored while British raiders Brass Tax and Chartreux arrive in decent nick. More Madness is creeping up the weights and upped in grade but did finish ahead of Grand Jesture and Wrong Turn at Navan in March. CANALY has had a break since being pulled up at Leopardstown in January but he goes well here and Paul Carberry is an interesting jockey booking. He could be a bit of value so gets the nod.
