Verdict

LEXI'S PRINCE was prominent for a long way when fifth in a decent-looking maiden at Haydock 11 days ago. That was a big step up on his initial effort at the same track early last month and, visored for the first time, Tom Dascombe's grey can open his account here. Following a decent debut at Beverley, Whisky Bravo was a little disappointing at Carlisle last time while Red Socks is beginning to look exposed and has been beaten in lesser company in his last two starts. Ingleby Angel was second on his debut at Southwell but was beaten eight lengths and will have to improve on that and handle this faster surface to get competitive here.
