    Verdict

Blackdown Fair showed up well when third on his debut at Newbury and is likely to improve for the run. He had Plym behind that day and has more scope than Chepstow fourth Gypsy Rider. Plym's trainer Richard Hannon also saddles Mr Knightley, who is from the same family as useful juveniles Indian Rocket and The Bonus King, but we prefer fellow newcomer VISCOUNT VERT. Andrew Balding's Kheleyf colt will be suited by further in time but is nicely drawn here and his stable is in cracking form at present. Hi There, a son of the speedy Dark Angel, is also interesting on debut.
