        Verdict

        Matraash is an interesting runner as spends his life in selling and claiming company where he's consistent enough and wins in his turn but this looks to be a question of which Gabrial to support. Gabrial's Hope was just beaten by yet another Gabrial - The Thug - last time but official ratings indicate he's going to find life difficult against GABRIAL THE DUKE on these terms. The gelding has been well placed by David Simcock to pick up two wins from his last three starts, including when dropped into claiming company at Leicester. It would be no surprise to see him repeat the dose here. Mixed Messages has a squeak on her best Flat form but has pulled up on her latest starts, both under NH rules.
