A couple of interesting newcomers in Befortyfour and Rocking whilst Starlight Girl ran well on debut. The market will help guide and we will side with Rocker to make a winning debut. Rocker is William Haggas' first two-year-old to see the racecourse this year and the market should speak volumes for her chances. She is bred to be effective over this trip this year and the booking of Paul Hanagan looks a positive. Dandy Nicholls is out of form at present so his newcomer Our Sunnie can not be truly fancied unless the market shouts, whilst Befortyfour comes from a trainer who does so well with his youngsters. He has a 1 in 4 strike-rate at the track. Hadaf showed little on debut but should come on significantly for the run. Starlight Girl is the only horse with any worthwhile form and should be all the wiser for that effort ten days ago. She may be hard to peg back if getting another lively start, however we will return to Rocker as the selection.
