Verdict

Der Spieler is a very useful hurdler who has finished runner-up in Graded company and should make a chaser. He looks best of those making their debuts over fences but experience should count and ALPINE EAGLE fits the bill. Jessica Harrington's charge made a promising chasing debut at Killarney before landing the odds at Ballinrobe and there's plenty more to come as there is from Spill The Beans, who won very well at Tramore despite jumping moderately. Kilflora has the most experience of these but didn't run quite so well at Punchestown last time and may have been feeling the effects of his fall at fairyhouse.
