Verdict

As ever in these events, Willie Mullins is probably the man to beat and his newcomer Killultagh Prince is related to numerous winners but FAIRVIEW STAR created such a good impression when runner-up to Peak Oil at Kilbeggan that he gets the vote. Galzig put all previous form well behind with a cracking effort behind Dingaling at Killarney and she's likely to make further progress. She holds Alhellal, who started favourite after finishing runner-up at Ballinrobe, and looks certain to get involved while Ballyhoura made great strides to finish runner-up in a huge field at Cork and is another to consider.
