Ducky Mallon had been threatening to win before doing so at the Curragh last weekend but an 8lb rise makes this much more difficult. Valentana is up by the same amount after completing a double at Killarney where she came with a late run to snatch the spoils, just as she had at Tipperary. Mzuri can't get her head in front though she continues to slip in the ratings and should be winning soon while Sister Slew likes it here, though was behind the selection at Galway.
