Verdict

Bath runner-up Waspy has much to prove over this sort of trip while No Compromise has turned in a couple of stinkers since winning on fast ground at Leicester at the start of August, though would have a chance in this grade if back to her best. The Noble Ord and Emerald Invader could also be worth a second look but Gold Sceptre has had plenty of chances and isn't getting any closer. CUFFLINK wasn't winning out of turn in a maiden on the Polytrack last time having already finished second twice over a mile on Turf. She still has a bit of scope and can follow up here with the likes of Matavia Bay and Sir Dylan having plenty to find at the weights.
