Verdict

GALLEGO goes well for inexperienced riders, though you would hardly put Serena Brotherton in that category. He likes to come off the pace so a wide draw here isn't necessarily a disadvantage and Richard Price's nine-year-old can follow up his Newbury apprentice win as he escapes a penalty in this. The danger is probably George Thisby, who won over 7f here nine days ago and will have no problem with the extra furlong. Mini's Destination and Whodathought look the pick of the remainder as Kyllachy Storm will probably find this trip beyond him.
