      Verdict

      Powerful Wind had Courtland King behind when scoring at Ffos Las but this is tougher. Signifer has been aimed high since winning his maiden and couldn't live with SAFARI STORM at Goodwood last month. The latter finished third on that occasion but is dropped in class here and won his maiden over C&D earlier. Brian Meehan's colt gets the vote with Daunt and Royal Red looking dangers on their handicap debuts, but Charlotte Rosina and Lupo D'Oro need to step up on what they've shown to date if they're to figure.
