Verdict

O O Seven had little to beat on his hurdling debut at Huntingdon but won in the manner expected and is capable of much better. But he has to give 13lb to BALLAGH taking into account Max Hendrick's claim. Ben Case's charge hasn't raced February but was beaten less than a length by Three Musketeers in a Grade 2 at Warwick last winter and that is top-class form. Brave Richard probably performed better than expected when third at Ascot last month. Premier Bond, trained like OO Seven by Nicky Henderson, is preferred to the other bumper winners Welluptoscratch and What A Moment of the others.
