Verdict

Too Much Trouble receives a tentative vote from form picks Blue Dynasty and Miss Sophisticat. Mick Channon's Barathea colt has a Derby entry and has plenty of stamina on the dam side of his pedigree. His siblings haven't achieved anything out of the ordinary but he made 80,000 gns at the sales and represents a yard that does well with their juveniles whilst his pedigree suggests that he'll handle the conditions. Blue Dynasty was backed from an opening price of double carpet into 10-1 on debut and this expensive Dynaformer colt looks sure to improve for that experience but will need to. Miss Sophisticat was outclassed at Goodwood but this would appear to be easier and she did show promise on soft ground on debut. Kaloni is related to winners but was only a cheap purchase whilst Zafisio failed to sell early this year. He's quite interesting on paper as he's a half-brother to the promising Harald Bluetooth and support would be interesting but we'll take a chance with Too Much Trouble.
