Just four to post and an opportunity for SHAMSHON to get off the mark at the first time of asking. Richard Hannon won this race last year and while the veteran handler has often been associated with unprecedented success from cheap purchases, this son of Invincible Spirit realised 420,000gns at public auction. Holding entries in the valuable sales races later in the year, there are clearly big plans ahead. Grass Green was backed ahead of her debut at Windsor so it would be no surprise to see her leave that disappointing run behind. Dream Sika has shown plenty of early pace in her two starts while Drive On is closely related to a 9f maiden winner and may require more time.
