Spillway is in form but making his Turf debut and this looks a competitive affair with all eight having won at least once as a two-year-old. Swing Easy won at Lingfield last month but was well behind Nichols Canyon in a maiden at Goodwood in October and John Gosden's charge should continue on the upgrade. Royal Skies has claims on last year's form but was beaten at odds-on in a three-runner race on his reappearance on the Fibresand while Pasaka Boy will have to prove his stamina. CARRY ON SYDNEY was second in a better race at Musselburgh four weeks ago having just been touched off at Kempton on his return to action. The extra 2f is in his favour and he can get back to winning ways with Linguine and Dashing Star best watched after a lay-off.
