Verdict

Directorship was just beaten over course and distance off this mark last May and generally runs well here. Fire Ship enjoyed a successful campaign last season but the handicapper took appropriate action and he might need this. There are similar concerns surrounding Jake's Destiny but Mister Music should strip fitter for his fifth at Kempton while Maverik won at Nottingham earlier this month but is now on a career-high mark. SPA'S DANCER gets a tentative vote as he is 3lb lower than when a good third to Trade Commissioner over track and trip last July and will enjoy the good ground. Forgotten Hero won on his reappearance last year and may be the danger if improving for the fitting of a hood.
