Verdict

Quite an interesting affair for an apprentice handicap and a chance for JAY KAY (NAP) to maintain his impressive work of recent weeks by claiming a fourth successive victory. Joey Haynes has been aboard on all starts during the winning spree achieved within the space of 10 days this month. This represents a more daunting challenge but Karl Burke has been doing well on his southern raids and his charge is preferred to Jack Of Diamonds. The latter was back to something closer to his best last time over course and distance and a similar level of performance here will see him in the mix once more. White Russian and Jersey Brown are solid types who should run their race along with Bloodsweatandtears.
