In depth

Verdict

Lucy Mc has struggled for consistency over hurdles so far but was second at Downpatrick in July and led for a long way at Down Royal last Saturday. But FOR GOODNESS SAKE, who has twice gone close on the Flat recently at Lingfield, should be capable of giving the weight away despite having been beaten twice under penalties since winning her maiden at Market Rasen. Katie's Hen hasn't built on her Stratford victory in June but Cassandane may have a bit of scope.
