Verdict

Discoverie won this in 2016 and arrives in good form having landed a selling hurdle at Catterick last month. A conditional’s allowance helps his cause as he reverts to chasing but FRANKIE BALLOU has now won three of four recent outings over track and trip. The latter scored with enough authority here last time to suggest he can defy a 7lb rise, though still needs to reverse earlier running at the track with Oak Vintage. The latter failed to complete his latest start and Roxyfet also posted a disappointing effort at Market Rasen recently but Midnight Walk may do better back in this lower grade.
