    Verdict

RING PRESENCE (NAP) showed a bit of potential in maidens before making his handicap debut at Tipperary where he wasn't beaten far and could have been unlucky in-running. The assessor hasn't raised him for that effort and compensation awaits. Sarah Joyce has a victory at Cork to her credit and was probably unsuited by very testing ground on her reappearance there last month while Acid showed that there's a race to be won with her with a couple of fair efforts in similar company last month. The remaining trio will need to find something extra to get involved.
