Verdict

The four-year-olds Jefferson Davis and Zig Zag finished 1-2 in a Clonmel all-aged handicap with the former coming out best by a neck. The latter is 1lb better off so there's nothing between them here. KILCARRY BRIDGE (NAP) has been in excellent form over fences and reverts to hurdles on a 17lb lower mark so should take advantage. Bendanella has also been going well over the bigger obstacles but has won over timber on this track so should get into the action. Eight Till Late is yet another chaser and he's been going really well, twice finishing runner-up before going one better at Clonmel. It will be a surprise if he's not concerned in the finish and Andrew Ring is one of the more experienced of these young riders.
