Verdict

Charlie's Vic is a very progressive type who has already won a bumper, a point-to-point and two hurdles. She was by no means disgraced in Grade 3 company last time and looks certain to go well on her handicap debut. Clarach has been competing at a high level since scoring at Galway last summer while Rising Time found 2m6f too far at Down Royal after her victory over the minimum at Tramore. Ross Bay makes her handicap debut and looks on a fair mark but it's POINT THE TOES, who was in such good form last summer and looked on the way back at Kilbeggan last time, who is handed the vote in a tight handicap.
