Verdict

Fenlon's Hill had been giving notice of an imminent victory before landing a Galway handicap last week. He has a penalty to carry which should hand the advantage to BILKO, who was in second place when falling at the last in a much stronger handicap at Listowel earlier this month. He wouldn't have won but his earlier form in tougher contests than this give him the edge. Some Drama also has extra to carry for his one victory in 17 starts over fences but he's been running really well in handicaps though over longer trips.Theturnofthesun has run poorly since easily landing a beginners' event at Downpatrick in May and it's a long time since Golden Plan showed any sign of life.
