In depth

Verdict

QUAYSIDE COURT, a winner at Towcester in March from a mark of 78, had been running poorly until returning there on Saturday and scoring again. He's still on a lowly mark and his rider's claim can help him complete a quick double. Bennys Well scored at Uttoxeter in October but ran a shocker when fancied at Hexham a couple of weeks later. He's better than that and looks a threat while Sycho Fred is back on the same mark as when scoring here in July though that was over 2m5f. How's D Strawboss hasn't run since making all for a very easy victory in a poor Newton Abbot contest last October but should be monitored in the betting.
