In depth

Verdict

Transfer gained his first hurdling success in a Worcester seller before being brought down when starting to struggle at Taunton. Chapelle du Roi was beaten a long way when runner-up at Fontwell but should be capable of some improvement as should another four-year-old, WHISPERING HARRY, who gets the vote. Henry Oliver's charge won a handicap at Stratford in October and was attempting a quick double when struck into at Uttoxeter. He's one of the few here with scope and looks well enough treated to gain compensation. Seaside Shuffle has dropped a long way in the weights and should a bit more dash last time so is one to keep on the right side.
