      Verdict

      Khatm came up short at Lingfield a couple of days ago when bidding for a five-timer. He still carries a double penalty and Motawaafeq re-opposes on much better terms for an earlier defeat here. BOND ANGEL (NAP) beat a subsequent winner when scoring over track and trip last time and, with an apprentice’s allowance negating a 5lb penalty, Scott Dixon’s mare can go in again. Six Strings won at Wolverhampton recently but has yet to score on the Fibresand while Equidae is preferred to Global Melody of the remaining duo.
